Privacy Policy

To operate the invoicing and checkout flow, RupeeX collects:

• From users who create invoices: your name and email (via Google sign-in through Privy), your embedded wallet address, and the bank details you enter on an invoice (bank name, IBAN, account title).
• From clients paying an invoice: whatever RupeeX's payment partner collects directly to process a payment (RupeeX does not receive or store full card or bank account numbers — the payment partner handles that data directly).
• Invoice content: amount, description, and status, stored so both parties can look up the invoice by its link.
• Usage data: standard hosting/request logs from Vercel (our hosting provider).

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product, and never sell it:

• Our payment partner — processes payments and receives whatever payment data is required to do so.
• Privy — handles authentication and non-custodial wallet creation; sees your Google account identity and manages your wallet's keys on your behalf (RupeeX itself never has access to your private keys).
• Neon (PostgreSQL hosting) — stores invoice records.
• Vercel — hosts the application and processes requests to it.

Invoice records are kept indefinitely by default, since they serve as the payment history and receipt for both the user who issued the invoice and their client. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us (see below), subject to any records we're legally required to retain for financial/tax purposes once real payouts are live.

• You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• You can request correction of inaccurate invoice or profile data.
• You can request deletion of your account, subject to the retention note above.
• You can revoke RupeeX's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings.
